Q: What makes you unique?

A: We believe in running an ethical business and give priority to the needs and wishes of our couples. We are both creative souls and believe in who you choose to spend your time with is one of the most important decisions you can ever make. We truly really respect and honour the opportunity to document such a momentous time in other people’s lives. As a duo we have the advantage of being able to capture both sides of the morning preparations, which we feel completes the wedding day story. We also work in complete harmony with one another throughout the day.

It’s hugely important that we get to know our couples before their big day. We believe it is one of the most important parts of our job to build trust and put our couples completely at ease as this allows us to capture those unguarded intimate moments without appearing intrusive. Great experiences equals greater memories, leaving them with images that they will love for always.

Most of our couples see us as more than photographers and many become life-long friends and we are often asked to document their life-stories further of their growing families.

Q: How many photographers will be there at our wedding?

A: One or Two professional photographers – Myself (Jess), or both me & Rod as the main photographers.  When working together we capture both the bridal and groom morning preparations and then we capture different angles during the ceremony and reception.

Q: What do we get after the wedding day?

A: 350 + wedding images (all edited in our signature style) uploaded to a private viewing gallery, which can be share amongst family and friends and where the images can be download at high resolution, together with an online slide show.  Additionally beautiful fine art alums, presentation boxes, prints and beautiful wall art are also available.

Q: How long will it take to receive my images?

A: We aim to have the final gallery uploaded within 12 weeks, although this make take a little longer in the high season.  We keep our couples well informed of the process and may even send a few teasers through.

Q: Are your price inclusive of V.A.T?

A: Yes. As well as travel & accommodation costs (if required) for anywhere in England.

Q: Do you travel for weddings in the U.K and abroad?

A: Yes, we travel all over the U.K and have documented weddings in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and everywhere in-between.  We have also covered parts of Europe, and further afield – and we will happily travel anywhere for couples in love – we love to travel!

Q: Do you offer pre-wedding shoots?

A: Yes. We highly recommend having an couple portrait session as a warm up to the big day, plus they are candid and fun and it means you will have some additional beautiful images of the two of you to hang on your walls.

Q: Do you take group photos?

A: Yes of course, and we do these in an organised way still keeping them as natural as possible.

Q: How do we reserve our date with you?

A: We kindly ask that a £500.00 retainer fee is paid at the time of booking, this gets your wedding day secured on our calendar.

Q: Do I have to order Albums and prints through you?

A: There is a big difference in quality when it comes to ordering through a professional lab as opposed to printing yourself, so we are happy to help with prints.  We also offer a range of beautiful wedding albums, and once you have chosen your album you don’t have to do anything – we will design and send your album off to print, and then we will post it out to you.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Most definitely! We are fully insured for both public liability and for all of our equipment.
